Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Install the Front Wheel
Carefully position the front wheel between the front fork.

Once installed, spin the wheel to confirm it rotates freely without obstruction.
Warning: Take care during this step, as the front fork contains sharp edges.

Step 2: Install and Adjust the Handlebar
Place the handlebar into the handlebar clamp in an upright position.

Tighten securely until the handlebar does not move forward or backward

Ensure throttle and brake cables are not pinched
To adjust the handlebar position later, loosen the bolts slightly, reposition, and retighten fully.


Step 3: Install the Pedals
Attach each pedal to its designated side and tighten securely using the provided tools. Confirm both pedals are firmly fixed before riding.

Charging the Battery (Before First Ride)
The Pioneer 12 Plus must be fully charged before its first use.
