The HYPER GOGO M5 electric motorbike is delivered partially assembled.

Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure safe and correct installation before your child rides.

Important Safety Information

• Assembly must be carried out by an adult.

• Keep all small parts and tools away from children during installation.

• Work on a flat, stable surface with good lighting.

• Make sure the motorbike is powered off before you begin.

• Do not allow a child to ride until all installation and checks are fully completed.

STEP 1 – Install the Handlebar

1. Loosen the handlebar clamp

   • Use the Allen key to loosen the four bolts on the handlebar clamp at the top of the front fork.

   • Do not remove the bolts completely; just loosen them enough to insert the handlebar.

2. Position the handlebar

   • Place the handlebar into the clamp.

   • Center it so both sides extend out roughly equally.

   • Rotate it so the grips are in a natural, comfortable position for the rider.

3. Reinstall and align the clamp (if in two pieces)

   • Position the upper clamp over the handlebar.

   • Thread in all four bolts by hand first to avoid cross-threading.

4. Tighten the clamp bolts evenly

   • Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross pattern (top-left → bottom-right → top-right → bottom-left).

   • Keep the gaps at the front and rear of the clamp as even as possible.

   • Tighten until the handlebar is firm and cannot rotate when you apply strong force.

5. Align with the front wheel

   • Stand in front of the bike and align the handlebar so it is straight with the front wheel.

   • Make final small adjustments if needed and recheck tightness.

STEP 2 – Adjust the Brake Lever

1. Loosen the brake lever clamp

   • Use the Allen key or screwdriver (depending on the design) to loosen the clamp bolt that holds the brake lever on the handlebar.

2. Set a comfortable angle

   • Rotate the brake lever so that, when sitting on the motorbike, the rider’s arm and wrist feel natural and relaxed.

   • The child should be able to easily reach the lever with their fingers without stretching.

3. Tighten and test

   • Tighten the clamp bolt securely.

   • Pull the lever several times to ensure it moves smoothly and returns properly.

STEP 3 – Connect the Cables

The M5 uses keyed connectors designed so each plug fits only its matching partner.

1. Identify all connectors

   • Locate the cables coming from the handlebar area (throttle/display, brake cut-off, etc.).

   • Locate the matching connectors from the frame/front harness.

2. Match and connect

   • Match connectors by shape, pin layout, and markings (such as arrows or alignment marks).

   • Align them carefully and push together firmly until they are fully seated.

   • Do not force any connector; if it doesn’t slide in smoothly, check the orientation.

3. Arrange and secure the cables

   • Route the cables neatly along the frame as shown in the diagrams in your printed manual.

   • Use the supplied cable ties to secure cables so they don’t hang loose or contact moving parts.

   • Leave enough slack near the handlebar to allow free steering.

4. Check steering movement

   • Turn the handlebar fully left and fully right.

   • Ensure no cable is pulled tight, twisted excessively, or caught between components.

Mechanical Safety Check

Before powering the motorbike on, perform the following checks:

• Handlebar: Firmly secured, does not rotate when pushed.

• Brake lever: Solidly mounted, comfortable angle, smooth operation.

• Bolts and screws: All visible fasteners on the handlebar and front assembly tightened.

• Wheels: Spin freely without scraping, rubbing or abnormal noise.

• Cables: Neatly routed, not pinched, stretched, or interfering with steering or wheels.

If anything feels loose or abnormal, adjust and retighten before proceeding.

Charging the Battery (Before First Use)

1. Ensure the motorbike is switched OFF.

2. Insert the charger plug into the bike’s charging port.

3. Plug the charger into a suitable wall outlet.

4. Check the charger indicator light:

   • Red: Charging in progress

   • Green: Fully charged (refer to your charger label for exact behavior)

5. When charging is complete, unplug from the wall outlet first, then disconnect from the bike.

Charge only in a dry, indoor, well-ventilated area. Do not cover the charger or leave it unattended for long periods.

Power-On and Functional Test

Before a child rides, always test the system yourself:

1. Switch the bike ON

   • Press and hold the power button on the display for about 2 seconds until the screen lights up.

2. Lift the rear wheel

   • Raise the rear wheel off the ground or place the bike on a stable stand so it cannot move forward.

3. Test throttle response

   • Gently twist the throttle and check that the rear wheel starts to rotate smoothly.

   • Release the throttle and confirm the wheel slows down and stops.

4. Test brake cut-off

   • While the wheel is spinning slowly, pull the brake lever.

   • The motor should stop driving the wheel immediately.

5. Test lights and other functions (if equipped)

   • Switch lights and sounds on and off, ensuring everything responds correctly.

Bluetooth Pairing & App Setup

The HYPER GOGO M5 supports Bluetooth connectivity, allowing parents to customize riding settings through the official mobile app.

To pair your device, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both the motorbike and your smartphone. Open the Motorbike App on your device, then go to your phone’s Bluetooth device list and select “Hypergogo” to connect. When prompted, enter the default password 000000.

Once connected, the app allows you to:

• Play music through the motorbike

• Customize LED light modes

• Switch between three riding modes and set speed limits

Speed modes include:

• Kids Mode: Max 5 MPH

• Normal Mode: Max 7.5 MPH

• Sports Mode: Max 10 MPH

The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play by scanning the QR code shown on the product label or manual.
