All dealerships provide free diagnosis and free maintenance services to customers.Accessories: No returns or exchanges for non-quality issues; Warranty period: 1 month

For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 15 days after received it. A 10% processing fee will be applied but we can prevent it for the customer if a replacement order is received. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. HYPER GOGO will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.

so amazing but a little disappointed

we got this for my 4 year olds birthday and he is obsessed with motorcycles so he loved this. it is so much nicer and stronger than the battery operated bikes you can find at walmart or sams club. we decided on the base version because the only difference we thought was the speaker and the lights. we thought this one had the mist effect on the tail pipes... but we were sorely mistaken when we went to put water in the tail pipes and it just poured out. so sad about that because we thought they all came with the misting effect. otherwise the bike is great indoors or outdoors. we have a very happy 4 year old!

Outstanding E-Motorcycle

Purchased this electric motorcycle for my 5-year-old son for Christmas. Was delivered quickly in a box that was well packaged and secure. Very impressed how well this little E-MC is built, and the price is considered low for the quality. Very tough little E-MC. It's well balanced and runs great. My son just loves it. This E-MC is definitely more than a 5-star machine. The headlight could be brighter but that's just a minor issue and has nothing to do with the performance or quality of this E-MC. Will definitely do business with this company again and the free shipping is a nice bonus.

My granddaughter loves this bike! It looks like the little dirt bike I had as a kid. It seems to be good quality and really scoots! The training wheels ship separate and take a little longer than the bike to get to you.
