For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 15 days after received it.

return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also
choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.

Returns (if applicable) : Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after being delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact support@hypergogo.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We have had multiple ride on toys and bikes over the years! The Hypergogo bike is the best bike I’ve ever purchased by a LONG shot! Not only does this bike look cool and have cool features but it’s made extremely comfortable well. Even my husband, who is typically judgey was impressed when he opened up and built our Hypergogo! I purchased the Hypergogo bike originally for my almost three year old but my seven year old has all but taken over! I love that within 5 minutes I can have the training wheels on or off to accommodate which kid is riding!

I got two of the Challenger bikes for my boys and they are seriously so much fun. Pretty easy to assemble. My boys love that they sound like actual motorcycles and the water vapor that looks like exhaust. They've been riding them non-stop for a week. Definitely a 10/10!

Here in Southern Cali , we rock every park and have a blast! The amount of attention my sons bike gets its a lot! And seeing him having a great time rolling around is awesome! I definetly recommend it!
