Shipment Way
HYPER GOGO ships products via UPS or FedEx, accessories via USPS.
Cancellation: You can request a full refund before an item ships. Order cancellation is not possible after an item has been shipped out.
Returns (if applicable): Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after being delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact support@hypergogo.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Love the product so cute and realistic looking, my son loves it! Only downside is bluetooth won’t connect to the app for some reason so I can’t change my sons speed but Bluetooth does connect for music
Worst customer service ever! Avoid!
This thing is amazing! Our kiddo LOVES it. It’s light/small enough to throw in the back of my Tesla and take with us anywhere. It had everything a kid could ask for and even some things that are downright awesome.
Our kiddo can’t ride a bike so we were nervous that this wouldn’t work as we had issues with a motor bike from radio flyer. But this thing must have some super power balancing skills. This was great.
He’s 7 years old around 60lbs and 4’1. This bike is the perfect size for him. My husband rides our 1 year old around and the bike holds up. My very very tall 13 year old nephews ride it and it holds up!

I imagine the company is not that large as they aren’t very responsive on email or social media. If you order make sure you know what you’re getting (stay away from the accessories that seem slow to ship) and won’t need any help on the backside. Keep your order simple. Add training wheels on your own later etc.
Consider ordering from Amazon or Walmart for a better return policy if you’re on the fence about this product.
We purchased a pair of Challenger 12 Pro scooters from Hyper Gogo for our grandchildren, aged 4 and 2. Both kids are absolutely enamored with them and hardly want to dismount. As they cruise through the neighborhood, they certainly catch people's attention. Numerous neighbors have inquired about where we acquired these scooters. They perform exactly as advertised and have proven to be exceptionally reliable. The assembly process was straightforward, and the accompanying mobile app is incredibly user-friendly. A neighbor even mentioned that this has to be one of the best investments a grandparent could make. I also had a chance to interact with their customer service team, as they were out of stock on another model we were interested in. The service was not only efficient but also highly professional.
