against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service). All dealerships

For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 15 days after received it.
A 10% processing fee will be applied but we can prevent it for the customer if a replacement order is
received. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. HYPER GOGO will provide a
return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also
choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or

Return & Refund
Cancellation: You can request a full refund before an item ships. Order cancellation is not possible after an item has been shipped out.
Returns (if applicable): Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after being delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact support@hypergogo.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

I got this for my son’s 5th birthday. Such a cool little bike. My bf got mad at me for buying it, cuz he wanted to get him something else. My son likes this bike more than the one my bf got him 🤣 it sounds so realistic. The lights are cool. The smoke is cool. All around great bike. So glad I bought it.

The BIKE AWESOME! Customer service however is HORRIBLE. No phone number only email. Apparently when you order a bike WITH training wheels they DON’T come together which it doesn’t say that ANYWHERE!!!! If I’m paying 500 dollars for an item WITH training wheels I expect them to be in the box. Not waiting up to 6weeks for them! So unprofessional. Apparently it is an issue. Now that we finally them they are the worst design ever! The bike is solid! It’s so cute looks like a mini chopper. Real tires but the training wheels are cheap plastic! We’ve had ours not even a month and the training wheels are destroyed already! They don’t lay on the ground so the bike leans bad to one side. Horrible design. We had to beef them up with bolts because what it comes with comes off after a bump.
